Our Papdi Gathia is traditionally a breakfast snack. Mild but tasty, the slight hint of salt goes great with a dollop of chutney. For something a bit different why not try it with our masala chai any time of the day. It’s great!
Pour a nice cup of Masala Chai and dig in to a bowl of Papdi Gathia with the morning paper.
Mild but packed full of flavour these shreds of potato combined with peanuts, cashews, green chilli and fennel are the perfect grazing food. Try Farrari Chevdo with an ice cold beer and chill out in front of the TV.
Open up a packet and get crunching. Great as a topping to any savoury dish. Mr JB says try it with our tamarind chutney!

Our Fully Gathia is another moderately savoury snack. Flavoured with ajwain seeds for an authentic Indian taste it’s traditionally a breakfast nibble, but is perfect any time of day. Get the family over and pass it around.
Break open the packet. Pour into a bowl and enjoy with the family.
